I found Mr Smith a very pleasant straight-forward gentleman. Probably not a very challenging procedure for him - but it was his BIGGEST lipoma excision, I believe!
Mr Andrew Smith was understanding and kind and gave a clear explanation of the process and the operation that I will be having.
